Right-hander Bryse Wilson elected free agency after the Brewers outrighted him following a Saturday designation for assignment. Wilson appeared in six games for Milwaukee after joining the team before the All-Star Break, posting a 4.00 ERA with 10 strikeouts and one walk across 13 2/3 innings. He had previously pitched for the Phillies and Cubs this season and compiled a 3.37 ERA across 93 appearances with the Brewers over 2023-24, though he has maintained an ERA above 5.00 with every other organization.
