Brandon Sproat pitched three perfect innings with five strikeouts as the Nashville Sounds' Triple-A team combined for a no-hitter against Norfolk on Sunday, their first in eight years. Tyler Black made a crucial catch to preserve the no-hitter in the seven-inning game. Sproat, acquired from the Mets during the offseason, has been working to regain consistency after posting a 5.27 ERA in 21 appearances with Milwaukee earlier this season. Black, who has struggled to find playing time with the Brewers due to outfield depth, continues to produce at the minor league level.
